Features of Our Heavy Platform Bodies
Crafted with a robust 7″ structural channel long sill and reinforced with 3″ structural channel cross members spaced at 12″ on-center, our heavy equipment flatbed bodies offer exceptional strength and durability. The 3/16″ treadplate floor deck provides powerful traction and resilience, while horizontal sheet seams over cross members eliminate sheet separation and improve long-term reliability.
Integrated 11-gauge sheet bulkheads with 3″ structural channel standards and window screens add protection and safety for your crew and cargo. The rear skirt is constructed from a 7-gauge sheet with recessed lighting and is equipped with S/T/T LED and reverse LED lights for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.
Our heavy-duty truck beds come standard with 3/4″ LED federal 108 spec clearance lights, an ICC bumper, and a modular plug-and-play wiring harness that integrates seamlessly with OEM truck harnesses. Finished with a durable black powder coat, our platform bodies also include standard mud flaps for each rear wheel and a 97-decibel backup alarm for added on-site safety.
